We have worked with Cubik Eyewear, an independent specialist UK sunglasses manufacturer for many years. This innovative company sells Sports and E-Sports specific eyewear with unique and patented features such as indestructible frames and ventilation channels to prevent heat build up and misting on the lenses.

Working closely with their frame experts and lens manufacturers we have designed and developed fully detailed 3D CAD models of various frame designs. This CAD data has been used directly to produce precision injection mould tooling by their manufacturing facilities in the Far East to enable the highest quality parts to be made for this exclusive and cosmetically demanding sector. Some of the interesting design elements of the frames include twin shot or 2K moulding techniques as well as screwless hinge designs.
