Having worked with Rolec for many years developing new products in the Marina and EV charging sectors, we were asked to design their flagship premium, multi-use service pedestal. Designed to serve both the EV charging and Marina charging sectors the design features a robust yet elegant extruded aluminium body with integrated LED amenity lighting for greater visibility when charging at night.

Quantum EV can be customised to provide different charging layouts for various installation types including simple plug and charge or pay-to-charge situations. With brandable panels Quantum can be supplied with the customer livery to compliment its environment and give the right impression outside a commercial premises.

On this project we provided Concept generation, Design Engineering, Prototyping and Manufacturing services. Culminating the supply of a large injection mould tooling suite to Rolec for the manufacture of all the plastic components.
